At Kissy Kissy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
